service calls. Please have the model and serial numbers available.
Note: All customers
opening service calls for T&M equipment will be notified
by the dispatch center of Avery Dennison’s T&M
rates, and will be required to provide a purchase order number,
prior to the service call being dispatched. For send-in T&M
calls, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges
to and from the repair center.
Extended warranties / service contracts are
offered in the following basic coverage options:
Maintenance
Provides next business
day (Zone 1), 12 (Zone 2), or 16 (Zone 3) business hour response.
Covers labor, travel (to & from),
unlimited telephone technical support , preventive maintenance,
and parts. Print heads and operating supplies are not included.
Equipment to be repaired
will be assigned to one of the repair centers listed above,
when the service call is placed. This coverage provides for
labor, unlimited telephone technical support, preventive
maintenance, return shipping charges, and parts. Print heads
and operating supplies are not included. Repairs will be
performed and the equipment returned within five (5) days
of receipt by Avery Dennison Printer Systems.
- Preventive Maintenance Plan
Avery Dennison Printer Systems will offer
a preventive maintenance program (PM). This plan allows the
customer to purchase a number of prearranged visits for service
repair or training. The PM
plan can include parts as well. Please call Joe DiGiovanni

Installation / Training Charges
Bench top printers, within
a radius of 100 miles from a service engineer, will be installed
free of charge. Installation includes operator training.
If the equipment location is 100 – 150
miles, installation will be free of charge only if the customer
purchases an extended warranty.
If the customer does not purchase an extended
warranty, the installation charge will be $400.00. Any location
greater than 150 miles does not qualify for an on-site installation;
however, we will provide a quote if requested.
For print apply and applicator systems,
the installation charge is $800 per day, plus travel and
living expenses. This charge should be itemized on your proposal,
and should be included on the customer’s purchase order
when received. Installation includes operator training.
For maintenance training services, our charge
is $1000.00 per day, plus travel and living expenses. A purchase
order is required prior to the class being held. We request
a two (2) week advanced notice to allow for scheduling.

Warranty
All work and parts are guaranteed for one year (except print
heads) with depot return.
