The PLU-2C
The PLU-2-System from Avery Dennison is one of the standard
systems in the product range of different pallet labeling
systems.
The system was developed to meet the growing demands for
a flexible and reliable packaging labeler for secondary packing.
The labeling syste, PLU-2C from Avery Dennison is the latest
development within this product range of pallet labeling
systems. It is also especially developed to meet the growing
demands of the modern industry.

- Forward-looking
Variable In-Line coding and labeling are important
elements within the plans for future packing
guidelines. The PLU-2 is equipped with a
print and apply function.
- Intelligent
Based on the ALX910 Print-/Apply head from
Avery Dennison, the device is able to print
letters and bar code labels on a large scale.
The ALX 910 with applicator is installed
in a dust cover housing with transparent
front leaf.
- Secure
An integrated ventilator with filter generates
an overpressure and thus, it ensures optimized
print and apply quality in dusty environments.
The systems is completely isolated, a pneumatic
gating still allows a maximum movement of
the applicator.
- Controlled
Within a logistic system, the PLU-2-System
is able to control, identify and register
every single product/pallet in a production
or packaging line.

Based on the Avery Dennison Print / Apply unit,
the ALX 920, the PLU-2C is able to process
a variety of information like barcodes and
diverse fonts.ten.
Beyond this, Avery Dennison offers the possibility
to equip the PLU-2C unit with an applicator
according to the individual customer’s
demands. The choice are different Avery Dennison
standard applicators. The PLU-2C in its standard
version is equipped with a vacuum driven applicator.
- Versatile
The rotatable, one-arm applicator can mark
pallets on two sides; the following combinations
are possible:
a) short front side and one long side
b) short back side and one long side
