ALS 380
The modern industry requires amongst others high speed, secure
systems and flexile, easy to integrate machines, that do
not use too much space within the production system. These

| Design
/ Versions |
The ALS 380 is built in a
compact design made from stainless steel materials.
It is available in two different versions – material
feed from the right side or from the left side.
This makes it easy to integrate into existing production
lines. |

| When developing the label
dispenser ALS 380, we have set great store by the
accuracy in dispensing and the flexibility. Even
though it perfectly fulfils these features, the
ALS 380 reaches a dispensing speed of up to 800
labels per minute (depending on the label length) |
| User-friendliness |
Besides the label dispenser
ALS 380 can store up to 16 different settings (product
/ label), which enables the operator to re-adjust
at any time.
Additionally, the systems can recognize and compensate
missing labels on the backing paper. |
| Extras |
| The the automatic speed follower
function (APSF = Automatic product speed following)
is integrated into the ALS 380 as a standard feature.
Optinally it can be equipped with a sensor for
the recognition of the label roll end as well as
with a RS 232 interface. |
